  1. CITIZENSHIP OR RESIDENCE: USA, Canada (except Quebec), Mexico (except Quintana Roo and Yucatán), Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Peru, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Paraguay, Brazil and Panama (with international credit cards).
  2. MARITAL STATUS: Married or living together for at least two 2 years, verifiable with the same address on identification, marriage license or rental contract with both names. Applicants must be between 32 and 65 years old (Non-Honeymooners).
  3. INCOME AND CREDIT CARDS: 2 (two) international credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover), which must be physically presented at the registry. Debit cards or checkbooks do not apply. They must show a minimum verifiable income of $90,000 USD per year.

EMPLOYMENT: Both must be employed or have a permanent income on the travel dates, and not be or have been employed, or have a direct or indirect relationship with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, exchange companies or any type of work related to the tourism industry that involves travel discounts. Pools & Trinielas:

Being a family, it will count as a pool and a tour, which implies that a couple must qualify and the second room pays as an additional room.

If you are traveling together, but are not family, and both couples qualify, you will count as two qualified leads and will have access to the basic promotional package, at no cost to the Seller.

Trinielas are not allowed, otherwise the basic promotional package will be automatically canceled and the co-responsible rate applied to the Seller will apply.

 

Presentation: Registration with Hostess by presenting international credit cards, IDs and signing the registration form. Both must complete the 120-minute promotional presentation. Have at least 4 hours free after registering at Hostess.

Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy:
– Changes in reserves after receiving confirmation from the hotel is possible only once upon payment of U$ 50,00.
– In case of cancellation before issuing the reservation request, the money paid will be credited for a period of 12 months.
– In case of no-show at the booked date or cancelation within 14 days or less, the fee is U$ 450. There will be no refund.
– In case of no-show at the Vacation Club presentation, the fee is U$ 499. There will be no refund.

How much time does the confirmation process take?
After receiving the booking documentation, we send it to the hotel booking the order is formalized with the hotel, and up to 72 hs business days of confirmation voucher is sent to the e-mail registered passenger.
Ho can I cancel my hotel reservation?

Is Airfare included?
