Terms and conditions

01.- Legally Married or Cohabitating (min 3 years) couples must be between 40 and 80 years old when attending

the 90-120 minute vacation ownership presentation together at KOVAY Vacations Resort the day after arrival to

Mexico, you are required to keep this day free of other obligations. A valid government-issued picture ID that

includes their age, same last name, and address as their spouses or a Marriage Certificate will serve as proof.

Individuals in the divorce process or separated are not eligible to use this promotional package. Newlyweds must

bring their original marriage license or certificate if they do not have matching identification within 3 months of

their marriage. Both spouses must attend the sales presentation

02.- Legally Single Women only who currently own vacation ownership with any other resort and meet the rest of

the qualifications.

03.- Income – Combined or self-annual income of USD 80,000.

04.- Employment – Must have a steady legally recorded job. Full-time employment only or Retirees with an annual

salary or investment income per household equal to at least USD 80,000, part-time does not qualify for this

promotion.

05.- Credit Cards – The single qualifying woman or one of the spouses in a legally married couple must bring and

present at least two (2) valid major credit cards in the name of the qualified person(s) at the time of checking into

a Hotel or else that person will not be allowed to check into that Hotel, cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover

or American Express (We do not accept credit cards in the name of a non-qualifying person or corporate credit

cards, check cards, extension credit cards, debit cards, and debit cards that also function as credit cards are NOT

accepted). Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

06.- Language – Speak and write fluent English and be able to read and sign a legally binding agreement without

the help of a translator.

07.- Fees and tips – There will be a $21.95 per night Resort Fee charged directly by the resort on your welcome

call to process your resort confirmation number. This fee covers processing and reservation fees, theme nights,

daily housekeeping, resort amenities, non-motorized and organized activities, beach towels, fitness facilities, and

tips.

08.- The first night of vacation must be in the sponsoring resort.

09: Designated Countries: United States of America & Canada (*Quebec, Canada residents do not qualify.)

The following do not qualify for this promotion (Minivac) and therefore will lose their status as

Qualified Prospects, resulting in the hotel rack rate payment.

  1. a) Students, travel agents, hotel/airline employees, KOVAY Vacations Members, or if you arrive before a house,

hostel, hotel, or another place whether in Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit, or if you have, or will attend any other

presentation with the same characteristics during the entire length of your stay.

  1. b) Acceptance of any other offer to attend any other presentation (airport, street, etc.)
  2. c) Group travel is not permitted. A group is considered 2 or more families/associates traveling together on the

same travel dates.

  1. d) You are not eligible if you have already used a marketing promotion with KOVAY Vacations once in a lifetime.
  2. e) If friends and/or family are traveling together with different confirmation numbers, none of them will qualify for

the promotional package and will be required to pay the rack rate.

  1. f) The omission of information and/or misleading pertinent information regarding group travel may be subject to

your reservation being canceled without notice. KOVAY Vacations Resort reserves the right to cancel and/or

change your reservation location to an equal or better resort as circumstances require it.

  1. g) You are not eligible if you have previously toured the KOVAY Vacations resort.
  2. h) Employees of the KOVAY Vacations (or their family members), relatives of the timeshare industry employees,

and timeshare industry-related individuals.

 

Reservations Policy:

– Reservations are handled directly by SonicoTrip. Book via e-mail booking@sonicotrip.com at least 25 days before desired check-in date.

– The subject of the email should be “Occidental Nuevo Vallarta – Sonico Trip “and request the resevation form.

– When making a reservation, it is necessary to fill the reservation form and letter of terms and conditions of the package.

– The delivery of the confirmation letter is made within 72 business hours

– Proof of airline tickets is required up to 20 days before the check-in date, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy:

– Changes in reserves after receiving confirmation from the hotel is possible only once upon payment of U$ 50,00.

– In case of cancellation before issuing the reservation request, the money paid will be credited for a period of 12 months.

– In case of cancellation after receiving hotel confirmation until 15 days before the travel will mean the total package loss.

– In case of no-show at the booked date or cancelation within 14 days or less, the fee is U$ 450. There will be no refund.

– In case of no-show at the Vacation Club presentation, the fee is U$ 700 There will be no refund.

– COVID insurance: if you cannot travel due to infection, you do not lose the money or the package, but you must present a medical certificate before the check-in date

Good to know:

– The package includes 5 days/ 4 nights at Grand Oasis Cancun or similar for 2 adults and two kids up to 12 years old

– You must have one international credit card with each traveler’s name to confirm the accomodation.

– The package is not valid for travel agents, airline employees or groups.

How do I buy?
The purchase is made directly on the site, prices are in USD with credit or debit card. It’s easy: select the package, click on purchase, complete your registration data and confirm the operation. After the approval of the card the system generates a voucher code / order will be sent to the e-mail registered in the purchase. If you prefer, you can also make payment by transfer into our bank account, but remember that owning a credit card is necessary, in order to qualify and take advantage of some offers. When can I travel?

How can I book my package?
After making the purchase on the site, send your ID and voucher to: booking@sonicotrip.com and let us know your travelling dates you want and full names of the guests. In response, we will send you a form with the terms and conditions so you can fulfill, sign and send back to us.
As alter my reservation after confirmation?
You can change the date of your stay, number of guests, guests name or type of room, always following the cancellation policy that is the same used to changes. Please contact us to answer your query.
How much time does the confirmation process take?
After receiving the booking documentation, we send it to the hotel booking the order is formalized with the hotel, and up to 72 hs business days of confirmation voucher is sent to the e-mail registered passenger.
Ho can I cancel my hotel reservation?
Send an e-mail to: booking@sonicotrip.com requestion it to our team, who will provide the process to follow for cancellations, including fines collected by the hotel and SonicoTrip.
Is Airfare included?
No, the airfare tickets are not included in our packages. If you want a recommendation on where to buy them, contact our reservations team.
I have no age specified in the offer or I’m out of the regulation profile. I can buy?
Unfortunately we did not manage to change the rules of the tender, if not within the profile is not possible booking. The qualifications is what makes our discount possible. Check with our reservations team other package options, we have many interesting things to offer!
Can I buy two or more packages and stay more days?
The offers are not acumulative and may be used only 1 promotional package per couple per trip. If extending the stay like this is possible, check availability and value of extra nights to our reservations team.
Can I include kids in the package? Or can I include minor aged over specified in the offer?
