  • Unmarried couples must have lived together for at least 5 years
  • Minimum combined annual income: USD $80,000

Booking Process & Policies

  • All booking requests, modifications, and cancellations must be submitted through the Resonline platform.
  • Reservations will be confirmed or declined within 48 hours.
  • All guests are required to attend the sales presentation.
  • The Sunset Reservations Department will contact guests before confirming the reservation.
  • It is essential to inform guests not to purchase airline tickets until they receive the Resort’s final booking confirmation.

Transportation

  • Sunset will contact all guests 15 days prior to arrival to arrange airport transfers.
  • One airport pickup per family is included.
  • Additional pickups will incur extra charges.
  • The shuttle service may make 1–2 stops at other resorts before reaching the final destination.

Non-Qualification (NQ) Fee

All guests must complete a Club Check-In before attending the sales presentation. If guests do not meet the qualification requirements at the time of check-in, the call center or agency will be charged the net rate specified in the contract.

How much time does the confirmation process take?
After receiving the booking documentation, we send it to the hotel booking the order is formalized with the hotel, and up to 72 hs business days of confirmation voucher is sent to the e-mail registered passenger.
Ho can I cancel my hotel reservation?
Send an e-mail to: booking@sonicotrip.com requestion it to our team, who will provide the process to follow for cancellations, including fines collected by the hotel and SonicoTrip.
Is Airfare included?
No, the airfare tickets are not included in our packages. If you want a recommendation on where to buy them, contact our reservations team.
