Privacy Policy

Who is responsible. Travel Factory LLC, DBA Sónico Travel ("Sonicotrip"), 201 South Biscayne Blvd., 28th Floor, Miami, FL 33131, USA. Privacy contact: hello@sonicotrip.com.

What we collect. When you fill out a form we store your name, email, phone number, estimated travel dates, number of travelers and children's ages, your message, the hotel or offer you asked about, the page you wrote from and, if you arrived from a campaign, that campaign's parameters (UTM). We also record that you agreed to be contacted and, separately, whether you agreed to receive offers by email.

Why we use it. To answer your inquiry, send you a quote and manage your booking if you decide to go ahead. We only send you offers by email if you ticked the separate box; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with.

• The hotel or vacation program, only when you go ahead with a booking.
• The providers that run this website, which process data only on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and file storage) and Supabase (database). These services may store data in the United States.
• If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Payments. This website does not collect card or bank details. Booking Fee payment instructions are sent by our team; payments are made through Wise under Wise's own terms. The Resort Fee is paid directly to the hotel.

Cookies and measurement. This website does not use measurement or advertising cookies today. If we turn them on, we will ask for your consent in a cookie notice and, only if you accept, use measurement and advertising tools (Google Analytics and Meta) to learn which pages work best.

How long we keep it. We keep inquiries until we decide to delete them or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@sonicotrip.com.

Changes. If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
